When you first enter the property the first thing that may grab you is the wonderful smell of the Spanish Bees Wax; used to adorn all the wooden items in the home – Even the Floors and it smells, well, heavenly!
The property boasts 8 bedrooms all en suite - however the key here is that the property can be rented exclusively on a “Per Bedroom Rate” to suit your needs and at a price that reflects the advantages to lower occupancy!
At one end of this huge Drawing Room is a Lounge Area with a Massive Fireplace and Hearth- making it a great gathering area no matter what time of year it is.
To the other end there is the Dining Room with Dining Table and Chairs to adequately seat up to 20 Guests. This one room alone could be arranged to hold a mini banquet - for corporate events, weddings… the possibilities are endless.
The Kitchen is also huge and fully equipped with every modern convenience. There is a private "quiet room" in the rear which is beautifully finished in Rich Wood.
