One of the bedrooms forms part of a completely self contained wing of the house with its own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom - all to a similar standard as the rest of the house! Great for house guests,grandparents etc.

Should working or keeping in touch be an issue there is separate office available with high speed wireless broadband. However the office can be used as an overspill for larger groups - as it has an excellent sofa bed. Giving a sleeping capacity of 12.
There are two cloaks, and an open beamed room that is being converted into a gymnasium to keep those waistlines in trim during the excesses of a holiday!
The property has a short private drive to electric gates and a very large courtyard to front.
There is over an acre landscaped private grounds with open countryside views to the rear.
The pool is heated and is 12x5m and has an automatic built-in solid cover which closes quicker than a convertible sports car - and gives mums and dads peace of mind when not in use and with little ones around.

Very local (10 minutes) Market Bosworth and Hinckley Golf courses will also accept bookings from non members
Local hotel Spas, The Sketchley Grange and Bosworth Hall.
