For sightseeing further afield, Florence is reachable in an hour, Pisa in thirty minutes or alternatively, a days sunbathing at the beach on the fashionable Tuscany Coast is only forty minutes away. The town of Montecatini, famous for its Golf Courses, Shopping and Spas, can be reached in a half hour.

This charming property is an attractive Barn Renovation designed in a Typically Tuscan Style with Wood Beamed ceilings, Terra Cotta flooring and grand Stone Archways.
Careful attention has been paid to detail in the make up of the property in order to reflect its earlier age. Original Antique Furnishings and Wrought Iron Beds grace the abode giving it a rustic look.
There is a lovely covered patio area with facilities for al-fresco dining. The property enjoys great views and has very well maintained and colorful Gardens. There are lots of shady areas around the property and it’s easy to find a spot to relax in!
Approximately fifteen meters from the Main House is a Small Annex that Guests may feel free to use. It is not of the same high quality as the Podere Valentina but offers sound, comfortable accommodations, perhaps most suited to teenagers or overnight guests. It has a Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, sharing a Private Bath, a small Kitchenette and a Living Room with TV.
