The villa comprises two floors. The entrance door opens into the hall and a wide hallway, leading into the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen and a double bedroom. There is a cloak room.
The spacious lounge is very tastefully appointed and decorated and has a comfortable lounge suite in front of an open fire place and TV set. The adjoining dining room seats 6 - 8. The spacious kitchen has all modern facilities and a large breakfast table.
Lounge, dining room and kitchen all open onto the terraces. The double bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, a shower and a separate toilet room with bidet. The second bedroom has a private terrace with lovely views of the sea. The third bedroom has mountain views. All bedrooms are very nicely appointed and decorated.
Stairs lead down from the hallway to a garage for 2 cars.
Lounge and dining room open onto the partly covered terraces with comfortable terrace furniture. The spectacular views from the terraces of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea are breathtaking. Six steps lead down the heated swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn.
