Each property comprises of five exclusive individual Villas which sit on top of a beautiful timber deck and are surrounded by a number of private Infinity Swimming Pools, giving an impression that they are floating on water.
The villas are as follows:
- A Master Bedroom Villa with a custom-made circular-shaped bed positioned at its centre;
- A second additional Guest Bedroom Villa with en-suite indoor and outdoor garden bathroom;

- A spacious Indoor Dining Pavilion with a roof-terrace for star-gazing and romantic candle-lit dinners;
- An Open-air Alfresco Dining Pavilion on the deck;
- A Pantry Pavilion for preparation and service of light snacks and exotic cocktails by the dedicated "Hidden Palace" Butler; and
- A Maldivian Swing (Undholi) Pavilion for those sultry Indian evenings listening to the sound of the ocean waves.
Key highlights of the Hideaway Palace
- We have used carefully selected natural finishes throughout the "Hideaway Palace", both in terms of materials used and the ‘look’ of the finishes
- Wooden flooring in the villas and deck area are made of Merbau timber selected specifically for its grain and colour
- Our furniture is from Teak wood, and is again all hand-made and custom manufactured
- The Master Bedroom has a huge 2m diameter circular bed and all the Guest Bedroom Villas have super-king-size beds (2m x 2m)
- Mattresses on the beds are custom made, 25 cm in thickness, and have pocket-sprung springs for maximum comfort
- Bed linen is made from a heavenly satin finish
- We have strategically placed extra-wide day beds/ sun loungers throughout the "Hidden Palace"
- Oversize cushions and pillows scatter on the beds, the day-beds and on the various sofas, again with a combination of materials carefully selected for their comfort and aesthetic values, including cotton and silk
- We have embedded subtle and discrete warm mood lighting throughout
- The blinds in the rooms are made from different types of raw silk, carefully selected for their particular feel, colour hue, yet using a sophisticated mechanism to ensure effortless operation
- Although the rooms are fully air-conditioned, they are designed to maximise natural ventilation, supported by again ceiling fans carefully selected for their whisper-quiet operation
- Guests can also use the day-bed on top of the Roof Terrace for sleeping out under the stars or lazing in the sun
- The en-suite Bathrooms have each been fitted with hand-crafted ‘two-person’ baths and have separate outdoor garden shower facilities, as well as a spacious walk-in wardrobe area
- The Bathrooms contain a blend of modern and traditional styles, including stone, such as granite, slate and onyx, as well as timber
- Our double sinks are hand-made from single pieces of granite, with modern taps and fittings
- The Villas and pavilions of the Palace are surrounded by timber deck and swimming pools of various shapes and sizes, ranging from smaller shallow pools ones for children to a main pool of 12 metres in length by 8 metres in width at its widest point
- Instead of using traditional tiling, all pools have been finished in quartz stone in order to give as close to a feeling of sand as possible without actually being made from sand!
- At the same time, the ‘infinity’ effect of the large pool, gives an impression of blending with the sea

- Each bedroom Villa has a large screen plasma TV along with a DVD and music player
