The villa is within walking distance from the picturesque Valbonne Village, this property enjoys pleasant countryside views.

Upon entry there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the laundry room. There are two ensuite bedrooms (one double and one twin) with ensuite shower-rooms.

On the first floor, you will find a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and dressing room enjoying the lovely view from its terrace. There is air-conditioning in the living-room and all the bedrooms.

Outside guests enjoy a good sized heated swimming-pool and large terrace. All in all this a very well presented home in Valbonne and represents excellent value. Its an easy 5 minutes or less into Valbonne village, where there is free municipal parking, cafes, 2 bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy, a small grocery/convenience store, and a market on Fridays.

Outside of Valbonne is an easy drive to all of the perched villages in the area (such as Gourdon, Coursegoules, Tourettes sur Loup, St. Paul and Vence), and 15 minutes in the other direction to the magical village of Mougins. And only 35 minutes to Nice and the airport, or Cannes.

15 minutes North of the sophisticated coastal town of Cannes, famous for the international Film Festivals,
Harbour town of Antibes and the Cap d’Antibes are 20 mins.
An hours drive are St. Tropez west, Monaco and Italy east.
Nice International airport is 17 miles.

personal welcome , including for late arrival ,and detailed introductory meeting about using the house, access to supermarkets and restaurants in the area, things to do ( and not to do ) in the region
complementary bottle of wine on arrival day
upon request (and against reimbursements of the bills),purchase of basic food and drinks to be put in the fridge for those arriving late at night ,or having baby(ies)
special services ( provided they are requested in advance) like finding swimming instructors, cleaning ladies for those wanting extra cleaning, babysitters
weekly maintenance of the pool by a professional
full cleaning of the house and premises (garden) every Saturday
for those clients staying several weeks , it means a free cleaning of about 5 hours every Saturday and the exit cleaning on the departing day also included.
