The house can be found in the ancient Township of Laugharne and was built some time prior to 1810.
The house has a fantastic array of original features, exposed beam, stripped pine floors and thick uneven walls. The decor is contemporary and individual with the feel and luxury of a 5 star boutique hotel.
The interiors have been designed by a well known TV interior designer and author.
The property is a short walk away from the Norman castle overlooking the estuary, Dylan Thomas’ boat house and the landmarks featured in ‘Under milk wood’ Thomas’ famous play based on Laugharne. It is also a very short drive away from the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline with all its beaches and ancient castles.

Each bedroom has a hair dryer and a flat screen television.
The property has Sky HD, wireless internet access plus the ground floor has a multi-room server preloaded with a wide range of music to appeal to most tastes.
We have a DVD library and a wide range of books, obviously including a few penned by Dylan Thomas.
Logs are provided for the inglenook fire.
There are laundry facilities, fully equipped with washing power and fabric conditioners.
Full use of gas BBQ and garden furniture.
In the property you will find a comprehensive guide that gives you tips on the best restaurants and pubs in the area, interesting places to visit and a simple guide using the equipment found in the house. (There is nothing worse than fancying a cappuccino in the morning and not being able to work the machine!)

To make your visit as stress free as possible we can supply locally sourced produce or wines and spirits as outlined on our extra purchase shopping list. For your convenience this will be packed away in the kitchen awaiting your arrival.
Daily cleaning and towel change can also be provided.
Due to the age and style of the property clients should be aware that there is restricted head room in many areas of the house, the property also has quite a steep staircase which may be a little awkward for some guests.
