If you come here in the summers you will notice that this home is air-conditioned and for winter breaks this place has under-floor heating system. There is a gas fireplace, which is functional with a remote control. Looking at the inside, there is a guest bathroom, which is at the entrance. There is a cozy kitchen, a laundry, a living room, and a dining room. The living room has a TV with satellite and a surround sound system. There is are steps that lead to this home’s three bedrooms, all of which come with their own separate bathrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor also has its own bathroom and a terrace, perfect for enjoying a lovely Portuguese breakfast in the soft sunlight. There is a fusion of contemporary lavishness and quaint architecture, which is what any homeowner would want. Other services include, car parking space for up to 3 cars if you are driving down here meanwhile if you wish to rent a car even car rental can be arranged. A maid service that is available all through the week, except a holiday, towels will be changed twice in a week and bed linen only once a week. This holiday rental villa is child friendly and if you wish to use cots, highchairs then you can ask (they will be charged as extra). Fans and food packs are also available at an extra cost on days you wish to relax in bed or swim through your afternoon in the pool. The beach is merely 15 minutes away from this holiday home, so is the airport and golf course.
