“Il Pescatore” was previously a farmhouse and two barns. It has now been restored into a luxurious villa property with two annex’s - one being a separate accommodation, the other is a wellness centre with Sauna and Jacuzzi. It has retained its original charm but with modern fittings, including underfloor heating and cooling systems, it is perfect fro the modern day holiday.
All rooms are well decorated and comfortably appointed with modern terracotta tiled floors, wood beamed ceilings, satellite television and en suite Shower Rooms. The Main House accommodates fourteen guests and the annex will house six guests. It is possible to book the villa alone for 14 persons (*details on request). The property is located in a Gated, Private Estate. The rear of the house is surrounded by vineyards and the front is almost all woodland. Due to its hilltop position it commands tremendous but the woodlands in front of the house have a steep gradient that’s not easy to walk. The vineyards, however, are beautiful and a pleasant place to stroll. There is a small lake beside the entrance to the estate in which guests may fish; rods and equipment may be purchased from a nearby super (hyper) market that is some twenty five minutes away. There are also several popular outlet stores including Prada, Gucci and Armani within a forty minutes drive.

Main House
GROUND FLOOR: The Living Room has TV& DVD with a gracious Fireplace and French Doors opening to the Garden.
The Dining Room is quite spacious and can seat 20 guests and it also has French Doors that open onto the Garden. The Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and there’s a Guest Bath next door.
2 Double Bedrooms each have en suite Shower Rooms.

FIRST FLOOR:
Five Double Bedrooms with en suite Shower Rooms. Two bedrooms also have single beds in them suitable for parent and child. In four of the Bedrooms the Double Beds can also be divided into Twin Beds. *Please specify your choice at booking if required.

Annex:
This is a combination area with a Kitchen/Dining Room and Sitting Area.

For parties of 14, the villa is available at a discount of £500 per week. In this case only the main villa is available (& not the annex).
*There are two bedrooms with an extra single bed suitable for a child.
