The Estate is made up of three areas of accommodation: The Main House, The Annex and The Pool House.
The Main House was originally the Tobacco Drying Tower of the Estate and with its large Gardens, Panoramic Views and Secure, Private Accommodations; the villa is an ideal location for families, groups or couples seeking a quiet base to enjoy both a luxurious and relaxing holiday while exploring the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside.
The Main House includes an entry area with a downstairs cloakroom and a huge Kitchen (well equipped), an upstairs Library, Living Room and Master Bedroom with a private en suite Bath.
The Annex:
These were the original Horse Stables and were connected to the main house by a Glass Portico and is now an Annex. The Annex is made up of Downstairs Living Room with a Fireplace and a Dining Area, Two Double Bedrooms that share a Bath with a Whirlpool Tub.
The Pool House:
Further accommodations can be found at the Pool House that has a Living Room, Kitchen and a Bedroom en suite, with large Twin Beds.
