It’s situated inland, on the Etruscan Coast and along a Wine Route, so it’s an ideal place for a relaxing but offers the possibility to alternate Country Activities with Cultural Tours and Visits to Tuscan Cities.
It is also possible to take part in Farm Activities such as Feeding the Animals, Picking Olives, Ploughing Fields, Harvesting Crops and attending the Vegetable Patch. WATER CONSUMPTION: in case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price of 5, 00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid wasting water.

Distances Good to Know: The villa is located on a beautiful Tuscan hill very near to the water: just 20km from the Seaside. The climate is pleasant, breezy and the panoramic view of Vineyards and Cypress Trees can take your breath away. Very easy to reach by car are many Tuscan Seasides. In 25 minutes you can reach the white sand beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the sea resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Rimigliano’s Natural Park in the south of San Vincenzo. Also easy to get to is Piombino and Livorno; the most important Boarding Places for the Island of Elba and for the other Tuscans Islands. In Rosignano there is a new tourist port that’s called Cala dei Medici, where you can see some of the largest and richest Sailing Ships of Tuscany along with many special Shops.
