Villa Belvedere is an ideal holiday rental for families or groups of friends looking for peace and quiet but also for proximity to Beaches and to major attractions such as Capri, Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii. Beaches in the area are best reached by water and a nearby shuttle service from the Marina will take you to some secluded Coves with Crystal Clear Waters.
The property has been developed into three separate suite/apartments and spreads out over 1,500 sqm
of terraced land, also on three levels. The villa is set among
Olive groves, native vegetation and gorgeous gardens.

The house is a sensational solid stone building that’s recently been renovated to include luxurious standards inside while retaining the rustic character of the Farmhouse it once was outside.
On the ground floor are two independent, adjacent cottages that sleep nine guests between the two.
The Upper Level is an Independent Suite as well.
The Garden Level is filled with color and a set of wide stairs leads up to the even more prolific views seen from the Pool.
The Large Private Pool is surrounded by lush lawns and furnished with Stylish, Comfortable Wood Based Sun Loungers,
Tables and Chairs.
There is an Attic Apartment that sleeps 4 and is reached along a winding footpath leading to the third terrace.
*These units can be rented separately or together and can handle groups of 4 to 13 people. It may be possible to add another 2 Beds at the discretion of the owner and per guest request.
There are 7 Beds divided among the 3 Areas and the furnishings and décor in all the rooms are elegant.
