For lovers of historical towns, just a few kilometers distance from the estate, lies the splendid “Gardone Riviera” as well a the ‘il Vittoriale Degli Italiani’, the historical residence of the Poet and Writer Gabriele D’Annunzio, who spent the last years of his life here in voluntary exile from 1921 until his death in 1938. The estate overlooks incredible views with the Island of Garda in the foreground. It’s a Neo-Gothic Palace, surrounded by Italian Gardens and original luxuriant vegetation, makes this an amazing Botanical Garden. Although privately owned, guided tours are organized regularly by appointment.
Beyond the Gardens lies the Southern Coastline of a Lake that lies in the Gulf of Desenzano in the Sirmione Peninsula, where the Ruins of an Ancient Roman Villa – “Grotto Di Catullo” – can still be admired. The city of Brescia is a Historic City rich in Culture that offers numerous Artistic & Cultural Festivals throughout the year. The museum of Santa Giulia exhibits many famous artists works including Van Gogh, Picasso and Matisse.
As for Sorts activities there is an historic Mille Miglia (1000 miles) Car Race that takes place in May.Also near the property are Golf Courses such as Bogliaco and Le Garda Golf Course, the Sailing Club of Gargnano and Salò and also the Ski Slopes of Madonna Di Campiglio. It is also popular to go Horseback Riding in the splendid ‘Parco dell’Alto Garda’ and to visit the City of Verona where there’s plenty of history.

The property is located on Lake Garda, situated on it’s western coast. The altitude is approximately 300 metersand from this vantage point one has a breathtaking view of the lake. “The Villa Salvini” dominates an area of 100,000 square meters dotted with thousands of hundred year old olive trees that all belong to the classic cultivation of the Garda region.
The villa is composed of three spacious Master Bedrooms all equipped with every comfort and furnished elegantly, with Private Bath an a Plasma Screen TV. There is also Air conditioning in the Bedrooms. There’s a near perfect balance of refinement with exquisite touches such as precious fabrics that harmonize with the surroundings.
