“Villa Carol” is nestled in the green countryside of Firenze; a quaint town located on the fringes of Florence. It overlooks the serene Tropical Tuscan vegetation. Firenze is a wonderful mixture of Art, History and Culture.
The materials used to create this home were Local Stone and Terra Cotta Tiles. Wooden Beams support the ceiling and add a Classic Italian feel to the villa located in the picturesque Chianti-Shire right above the Arno Valley.

The carefully landscaped Garden features Mediterranean succulents,
beautiful flowers and trees give seclusion in many areas and make a tranquil retreat available for guests.
Beyond the gardens, the outside area is equipped with chairs and a table for your relaxation or for Al Fresco Dining.
There’s a spacious veranda equipped with chairs, deckchairs and a table, where one can sun-bathe or have open air breakfasts (while this rental immediately imparts a feeling of relaxation where guests can enjoy some beautiful views.
The Private Swimming Pool (10, 5x7, 5m) has a Jacuzzi Tub and is furnished with Sun Loungers and reclining armchairs. A lovely set of table and chairs is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens that are framed by the rolling wooded hills beyond.
This home has been built near the Olive Groves and away from any splashing sounds of the Pool, for guests who prefer enjoying the calm beauty of the Tuscan Countryside without a lot of noise.
There is Satellite Television along with a DVD Player, Stereo with CD player that’s perfect for an evening of entertainment. High Speed Internet Connection is available for those guests who need to stay connected with anyone back home.
Although there is a Charming and functioning Wood Burning Fireplace in the home, rest assured that the house has central heating as well; to make it a wonderful winter home as well.
A ceiling ventilator is in near constant motion to keep the home saturated with fresh air and makes for beautiful breezes.
The Kitchen is well equipped and full of Modern Appliances.
There is also a Laundry Area with a Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board for Guests use.
There is a Safe to keep your valuables in and the entire holiday home is protected with an alarm system for security and automatic remote controlled gates at the entrance for guest’s safety.
Although there are many ways to get around people here seem to prefer Bicycles and they’re the perfect mode of transport if you want to explore nearby towns.
This home is ideal for a group of six people; it boasts a modern, state of the art kitchen with Two Double Bedrooms with attached Bathrooms that each has an antique iron beds.

The Swimming Pool Opens the middle of May and stays open to the middle of September. If somebody wants to anticipate or extend this period, it will be necessary to ask it at least 2 months in advance and there will be a fee.
