The villa is located in a nature reserve and offers an array of walking and mountain bike trails, horse riding, historical churches and villas, refreshing dips in the rivers and lakes and even sightings of wild boars, deer, hawks, hares, pheasants (and a fox that regularly comes to feed at the owners' veranda). :.)
Accommodations: The grounds of the luxury villa include a 6m x 12m Private Swimming Pool with a depth of 2.20m that is cleaned daily and open from May to October. There’s a long wooden table on the Veranda for Family Dining.
There are Three Roomy Apartments and the Two Bedrooms at the Main Villa are elegant, yet warm and welcoming at the same time.
The Living Room is equipped with SAT TV and the Kitchen is also well equipped with Amenities and Modern Appliances. But the Tuscan style and design is still very apparent here. There are ceilings with massive wooden beams and terracotta tiles, Fireplaces with Baskets of Firewood beside them, beautiful Stone Archways and many Antiques.

The Pool (6x12m) is lit up at night for evening dips under a starry sky. The chlorine and PH levels are constantly checked and the water is cleaned daily. In the Villa Proper there is a Laundry Room as well as an old stone wood-fired oven and barbecue.
