Villa Graziosa enjoys a rural location and can best be described as part of a small hamlet outside of Lucca. The view from many of the bedrooms overlooks the plain of Lucca.
There is much to do in the area with Lucca and its cobbled streets, superb Restaurants and Chic Shops only a ten minute drive. The dramatic chain of cliff top villages known as “Cinque Terre” is a comfortable day trip, as is Florence and Pisa. The Seaside Resorts of the Tuscany Coast are also very close and make for pleasant day trips.
Accommodations:
All of the rooms are beautifully decorated, with superb color coordination between the hand painted walls and frescoes, warm fabrics and the country style furniture. All of this is set against the original stone floors of the villa and it’s large, spacious rooms.
Ground Floor:
The Entrance Hall leads to a beautiful Dining Area with traditional wood beamed ceilings and a large, square, banquet style Dining Table.
A TV room set within frescoed walls has seating for nine Guests and is equipped with TV, DVD, CD Player.
The Dining Room on the other hand has a square Dining Table for Twelve Guests.
There is a Tuscan Style Country Kitchen updated with marble surfaces. There is a small kitchen table and a Guest Half Bath.
First Floor:
All Bedrooms have views of the hills and valleys surrounding the villa.
There’s a Large, Classic Sitting Room that’s tastefully furnished with comfortable seating. There is Direct Access to the Pool from here.
A Double Bedroom with a large en suite Bathroom has a separate Shower Room.
A Twin Bedroom has an en suite Bathroom and another Twin Bedroom has an adjoining Shower Room.
Second Floor:
One Twin Bedroom has an en suite Bathroom and another has an adjoining Bathroom.
There’s a Sitting Area decorated with lovely Frescoes
a Double Bedroom has a large, en suite Bathroom with a separate Shower.
Grounds:
A Square, Private Swimming Pool (8m x 8m) is surrounded by decking and enclosed by a fence with a Gate. There’s a Gravel Terrace to the rear of the property and Lawn in front of the villa.
