The Vintage is well respected internationally and are highly recommended to our Guests. There is the possibility of visiting the Estate Center and its Old Wine Cellars to taste and purchase various brands of these fine wines and extra-virgin Olive Oil. (Please Ask Us)
Day trips include Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca or San Gimignano all approximately an hour’s drive. The pretty village of Greve in Chianti is just a five minute drive if you’re looking for Grocery Stores, Delicatessen Shops or Excellent Cuisine.
Accommodations:
The Property has a Private, Landscaped Garden leading to a Travertine Marble Swimming Pool and a large Gazebo for shade and taking in the spectacular views.
A South West facing Sun Terrace is a wonderful place to watch the Sunsets of Tuscany and nearby, a covered Loggia is a breezy and a very peaceful place to retire on a warm day and just enjoy the atmosphere here.
First Floor:
Accessed by an External Stone Staircase, this leads to a spacious Living Room with TV, CD and DVD Players, for guests’ enjoyment. The Farmhouse style Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and the large Dining Room seats 10 Guests.
One Twin Bedroom (2 Beds), Two Single Bedrooms and One Double Bedroom are serviced by Two Guest Bathrooms. Please note that the Staircases On the property are the Original Ones and can be uneven in places. * Please Watch Small Children*
Second Floor:
There’s a Double Bedroom on this floor and a Dressing Room Area with a Sofa Bed (suitable for a child). These use a Private Bath on this floor.
Grounds:
The Beautifully Landscaped Gardens have been designed by renowned Botanist Donald Leevers. A Private 14m x 7m Swimming Pool (min depth 140cm, max depth 180cm) and there is a Private Parking Lot.
There’s a lovely Covered Veranda with Chairs, Dining Tables with large umbrellas. A spacious, covered outdoor Loggia (Summer Lounge) has very comfortable Banquette Seating and a BBQ Grill. *Please note that there are Stairs between the Property and the Pool Area so please watch your step. A Country Road passes around the Outside of the Estate some distance from the villa itself. The entire property has gorgeous, Countryside Views.
