The property is of a good standard throughout, though not luxurious and retains many original features; restored wooden rafters and rustic furnishings. These lend a certain, simple charm and sober elegance to the home. There are various covered terraced areas for dining al fresco and the Pool is in a shady part of the Garden surrounded by Olive Trees. The Gardens include Mature Fruit Trees, Almond Trees and other native plants unique to this region. There are several points of interest in the area, including Erice, Trapani, Segesta and the Egadi Islands. San Vito Lo Capo, the nearby seaside village, has a lovely Beach and Good Restaurants. The Beach is only 5kms away.

Twin Bedroom with en suite Shower Room (&TV) and French Doors leading to the Terrace. There is also a Guest Shower Room.
First Floor:
A Double Bedroom (not ideal for tall guests because of its low ceiling) and a Single Bedroom with a Guest Shower Room (not suitable for children as there is an access door to roof from this room)
