A Guest Apartment has a Double Bed (160cm) and a sofa bed with an en suite Bath. A Spiral Staircase here leads down to the Lower Level.
At the Garden Level there’s a Double Lounge/Dining Room with direct access to the Gardens and Swimming Pool. It has comfortable L shaped sofas and large bay windows to take advantage of the amazing views over Cannes and Le Suquet. The Kitchen is Professionally Equipped with a Double Oven, Steamer, Induction Hobs, Professional Coffee Machine, Wine Cooler and a Chefs Professional Refrigerator/Freezer. A Breakfast area also has direct access to the Garden.
The Main Villa Entrance Hall is quite impressive with a separate Lounge that has a Sofa Bed, SAT TV and an en suite Bath. The Master Suite has a Double Bed (2m) with a large Terrace overlooking the Beautiful Bay of Cannes. There’s also a Lounge area with a Plasma TV and a Separate Dressing Room. An elegant en suite Marble Bathroom has Double Sinks and a Jacuzzi Tub.
