The gardens here are quite extensive and include- a cascade with a small bridge and a spacious outdoor dining area with a barbeque. Situated in a quiet, private residential area next to the Parc du Valemasque, it’s just a minute’s walk to the Cannes Mougins Golf Club. The village of Mougins is just 5 minutes drive away and Cannes itself can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes. Nice airport is only a 20 minute drive.

Ground Floor:
The entrance hall contains a guest bath (powder room) then leads directly into a spacious lounge/dining room area. Rooms on this floor have beautiful views over the formal gardens and the private swimming pool area. Each has double doors opening onto a large terrace that has a lovely sitting area and a separate dining area, complete with a barbeque. A traditional, well equipped kitchen has modern appliances and includes two refrigerators and a dishwasher.
Three double bedrooms with private baths also open up to the ground floor terrace.
Bedroom 1 contains a double bed (140cm), a private bath and opens out into the garden. Bedroom 2 contains a queen sized bed, a private bath with access to the garden as well.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (2x90cm), with a bath and access to the garden. All have terrific views.
There is a huge cinema and a gym on the ground floor that has mini football.
First Floor
The master suite has its own private terrace and contains a queen size bed (160cm) with a full bath. This large suite also has a full bath, a dressing room area and a small study.
