One enters the villa into an impressive entrance hall which leads into the spacious Lounge with an Open Fireplace and a Plasma TV. The Dining area is slightly elevated and has comfortable seating for up to 12 guests. Doors lead out to a Dining Terrace that overlooks some beautiful Gardens. This Kitchen is fully equipped to a professional standard with gas hobs and even a wine refrigerator.
There’s also a Dining Corner integrated into the Kitchen that can seat up to 6 guests. The Terrace Area on this floor is covered, has a lounge space with a bar and a BBQ for Cooking; a refrigerator for storing and serving food and even a dishwasher for cleaning up.
