The villa is built on three different levels and has recently been renovated to include State of the Art Technology; with each Bedroom being integrated into an Audio-Visual system with Full Surround Sound. Situated on the east side of St Jean Cap Ferrat it’s just a minute’s walk to the Beach with easy access to Shops and Restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to Nice Airport.
Accommodations:
The Entrance opens onto a Balcony where Guests can see The Entire Scape of Cap Ferrat. The Balcony leads to a well appointed Office with access to Internet Service and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests. There is a full Bath next to the Office. All Bedrooms are equipped with a Surround Sound System and Television. The Master Bedroom (160m Bed) has a Private Terrace, Two Dressing Rooms and an en suite Bath with Shower & Jacuzzi.
A Staff Area has a large Safety Deposit Box and there is also a Dumb Waiter serving each floor
On the Middle Floor there is a spacious Lounge divided into Two Sections; having numerous available Seating Areas. The Lounge opens into the Dining Room that seats 14 Guests. The Kitchen is well equipped and has a small Dining Area and a Wine Cellar.
The VIP Room (2m Bed) is also on the Middle Floor with Two Full Shower Rooms overlooking the Sea and the Pool. This Room also leads to the Garden and a Children’s Play Area and there are Two en suite Shower Rooms.
Near the Lounge is an Elevator that accesses all Floors. There are Four Bedrooms that can be accessed by the lift as well.
Bedrooms 3 and 5 (160m2 Bed) have Air Conditioning and access to a Balcony plus an en suite Shower.
There is a Plasma Screen TV, an Ipod Dock and a Television in Bedroom 4 (160m2) which is en suite. It is Air Conditioned and has an Arched Door with access to a Balcony. Ipod Docks and Televisions are in adjoining Bedrooms 6+7 Bedroom 6 (160m2 Bed) is Air Conditioned and has access to a Balcony; it shares a full Bath with Bedroom 7. Bedroom 7 has Twin Beds (90cm), Air Conditioning and access to the Balcony. A Baby Cot is available for this Bedroom should it be needed.
There is a Heated Swimming Pool with Two Massage Tables at the side of the Pool. The Pool House is made up of a Hammam, a Sauna, and a Dressing Area with a Bath.
There is a Home Cinema Room with a Bar Area downstairs and also a Professional Kitchen, fully equipped with a Dumb Waiter and Elevator to reach all levels. There is also an Indoor Pool on this level with a Hammam as well.
