A beautiful, large Dining Room is 80 m²and has very chic Suede Furniture with Mahogany Trim and seating for 10 Guests.
There’s also a cozy Den area with a Wood Burning Fireplace and a Large screen TV. All televisions have Satellite Connection. The Den Area leads out onto attractive Terrace with a Swimming Pool. From here there are wonderful views over The Royal Mougins Golf Club as well as the Esterel Mountains. The Dining Room also opens up onto a Covered Dining Terrace with seating for 10 Guests and a built in BBQ.
The impressive professional Kitchen is a joy to the amateur (or the professional) Chef; large and spacious, it has an integrated steamer, hobs and even a wine cooler with plenty of modern cooking utensils and a large central table that makes preparing meals a real pleasure. Still on the Ground Floor is the Guest Wing: A Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed en suite. It also has a relaxing lounge area with integrated Sony Sound Surround System and Plasma TV. There is also a discreetly hidden refrigerator in case your Guest would like a snack or drink.
