Guests have exclusive use of a built in barbecue area & patio with good teak garden furniture, a pétanque court, table tennis & a large pool 10m x 5m with sun-bathing areas.
The garden benefits from being illuminated at night and is a good size and is well-maintained with a mixture of mature trees, shrubs, borders and tubs. The gardens are secure for children and are very private.
The apartment has two double bedrooms overlooking the sea a mere 250 metres directly in front!
One has king size bed with wardrobe and the other bedroom has standard double bed and dual aspect windows overlooking the pool and seaviews.
There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, vanity unit. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob, micro-wave and dishwashe and is fairly modern having has a recent make over.There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
Through from the kitchen is a large reception/dining room which has is bright and open feeling with three French windows opening onto the front and side terraces. The lounge has a TV., Sky digital satellite and a stereo.
Off the lounge there is a third bedroom with two single beds and adjacent shower room with W.C.
