The house consists of three accommodation areas. The main house itself, the cottage and the lodge. This gives a potential of 14-16 people.

Located in an historic area which has been inhabited since the 11th century and on a site which has had a dwelling since the 16th century.

The property was newly built in 2003 to be as eco-friendly as possible with a wind turbine, reedbed and solar fans. It has underfloor heating and all water comes from its own hill and it is very soft spring water. Stylishly decorated, the large house sleeps 10 to 12 people.

The house is ideal for larger family groups, each of the five bedroom suites have locking doors and each is serviced by its own luxury bathroom. the property would suit Painting groups, walkers and corporate business stays for small groups of senior staff seeking privacy but within a modern unique environment.

Ben Cruachan, one of the Scottish Munros is just less than 3700ft and provides the backdrop to the whole Estate.

The cottage at was built at the same time as the main house. It is a comfortable, one double bedroom cottage, fitted out to a high specification.

It has a fitted bathroom with a shower / bath; a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer; and open plan to the kitchen it has a good-sized living dinning area.

As well as the double bedroom there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area so that 4 people could comfortably stay in the cottage.

There is under floor heating throughout as well as small wood stove ensuring a comfortable stay during any season

There is a CD player and a TV & DVD player.

THE LODGE

The Lodge at was built in 2004 set in a private position looking over the Estate.

It is a comfortable, one double bedroom lodge, fitted out to a high specification.

It has a fitted bathroom with a shower / bath; a fully equipped kitchen; open plan to the kitchen it has a good-sized living/dining area on the ground floor with a sleeping platform above.

From the sitting room there is direct access to the terrace with views to the south over the estate and Loch

As well as the double bedroom above there is a sofa bed in the sitting room so that a small family could comfortably stay in the lodge.
