It is rare to find a holiday property rental company that is so flexible when setting up an agreement to rent OUR home! Often other companies seem to forget the house is bought and paid for by US the owner and NOT them and we don’t appreciate being dictated to and told when we can and cant use it! And those that do let us rent our home out to friends etc often want to penalise us by charging the “lost commission”. They need to wake up and smell the coffee – greed is a terrible thing! I didn’t think we would find a company that could give me a situation whereby I could almost have “my cake and eat it”! I have my own website and as a bit of hobby do my own rentals and of course keep the full rental amount. When Luxurybreaks have a booking the ask me first and then they get their deserved commission.
